Why can't I see pricing or place an order?

Do I pay tax? Why do you need my resale certificate?

Submission of a resale certificate is the fastest way for us to verify that you qualify as a reseller and also allows us to remove order sales tax for Florida businesses.

What's your standard lead time?

Lead times vary by product and production volume.

Lead time for most standard large format products is 3-5 business days from final proof approval.

Lead times for flags, table cloths, and tradeshow displays will run longer and varies by product.

Large yard sign orders may require additional production time, depending on the quantity and production method.

If you required special service, please include the requested in-hands AND drop-dead in-hands dates with your order.

I'm on a deadline. Is it possible to expedite my order?

We can provide rush service, but we need as much information as early as possible to determine how we can help make the process run smoothly.

Please note: Our team may have to work overtime to meet your deadline. Although, we try to avoid it whenever possible, in some cases additional charges may apply to expedited orders. We'll always quote these charges in advance - so no surprises!

Can I get a price quote before ordering from you?

I need to reorder something I've ordered from you in the past. How can I do that?

Products & Orders

How does the order process work?

  1. Orders are submitted through this website then processed into our production management system by a member our team.
  2. We’ll send a Sales Order Confirmation PDF by email with online payment link, generally within 1 business day of online submission. Please note: Sales Order Confirmations contain critical order details including final order pricing breakdown, Ship To and Bill To addresses, and order dates. It is of critical importance that you double check your order confirmation for accuracy prior to making payment.
  3. Online payment is required to confirm your order, unless prior arrangements have been made for Net Terms.
  4. Receipt of payment automatically moves the order into graphics for proofing. You should receive a proof approval request email within 1 business day of payment.
  5. Online proof approval is required for all orders.

What's the best way to request a quote for a complex, custom product?

Custom projects can be extremely complicated, and we are here for it. Please email Sales@DigitalGraphicsPlus.com with as much information as you can gather- including photo samples and reference materials- along with your requirements, questions, and concerns. We'll usually reply with any clarifications we may need then issue your custom quote through our online system.

Shipping

What's the time in transit for orders?

Order time in transit is based on location and address type. UPS Ground shipments from our Central Florida location arrive to most destinations from the East Coast to the MidWest in 1-3 days. Ground Service to the West Coast can run 3-5 days.

Freight shipments generally run 1-5 days, depending on service level and carrier.

Express service is also available upon request.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our preferred carrier for Ground and Expedited Shipping is UPS, with whom we have negotiated rated on most standard products. We do not offer Fedex shipping, even on 3rd party accounts.

Freight service by common carrier, truckload, and LTL, is also available with quotes upon request. Be sure to include freight-specific details such as lift gate and internal delivery requirements in your order notes when requesting a freight quote.

Do you offer kitting, split shipments, and custom packaging?

Kitting, split shipments, and custom packaging are all available upon request with custom quotes. Please include these requirements in your order notes.

Split shipments require address submission in specific Excel format. Please visit the downloads section for a copy of the split shipment Excel template.

Do you blind ship orders?

We ship all orders in unmarked boxes- without packing slips or corporate identifiers.

Art FAQ

What kind of file do I need ?

Although vector art is preferred for all orders printing with spot ink colors, we accept all industry-standard graphic file formats, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PDF, TIFF, EPS, and JPG. We regularly work with other file formats as well, so don't hesitate to contact us if you don't see your preferred file format listed here.

Why do I need to include the fonts with my files?

While it's true that we have an extensive font collection, even fonts of the same name can vary from foundry to foundry. These inconsistencies can produce unexpected output. The only way to guarantee your files open and output correctly is for us to use the same fonts as you did.

Converting all fonts to outlines eliminates the need to supply font files with your order.

What resolution should my image files have?

If the supplied files are vector, resolution generally is not of concern. Resolution is measured in dots per inch (DPI). The more dots per inch, the sharper your image will be. For raster files, the minimum resolution is typically 150-300dpi, depending on the printing process and product. Don't hesitate to contact our team with any questions about file prep.

Yard Signs

General art requirements for Yard Signs are as follows: 
  • Vector PDFs are preferred whenever possible
  • If vector art is not available, high res JPGs (240-300dpi at actual size) are also an suitable option
  • CMYK color space
  • Supplied at actual size
  • Page Size for Full Bleed Yard Signs: Actual Size, No Borders, No Bleed
  • Page Size for Non-Full Bleed Yard Signs: Actual Size 1/2" White Borders
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Min. font size: 10pt for positive type & 14pt for reverse type
  • Embed all imported images

Additional Requirements for Variable Data Orders

  • Single File for Layout should be supplied with variable area NOT converted to outlines.
  • Font file must be supplied
  • Data must be supplied in Excel format

Additional Requirements for Contour Cut 4mm Yard Signs

  • PDF files with vector cut path on separate layer required
  • Cut path should be unique spot swatch called "ContourCut"
  • Inside cuts require 3/8" radius
  • Overly complex paths may be simplified. Changes will be noted for approval with final proof.

Presentation Checks, Giant Keys & Photo Frames

General art requirements for Custom Photo Props are as follows: 
  • Vector PDFs are preferred whenever possible
  • If vector art is not available, high res JPGs (240-300dpi at actual size) are also an suitable option
  • CMYK color space
  • Supplied at actual size plus 0.085" Bleed on all sides
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Min. font size: 10pt for positive type & 14pt for reverse type
  • Embed all imported images

  • Supplied at actual size plus 0.125" bleed on all sides
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • Min. font size: 5pt for positive type & 7pt for reverse type
  • Embed all imported images

Full Color Promo Products

  • For best print results, we prefer artwork in vector formats (AI/EPS/PDF) whenever possible. We can also accept artwork in JPG, TIFF, or PNG in 300 DPI (or higher) at Actual Size for Full Color Promo Products
  • Convert all fonts to outlines
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT: GIF, Quark or Pagemaker, MS Word/Power Point, or Low-resolution files.
  • Please note that artwork will be printed as sent. Clean artwork produces best results. We will contact you if your artwork is unusable.
